Pumpkin Pecan Pie

The Pumpkin Pecan Pie is a delicious quick fix for sweet craving days. Impress your family and friends with homemade Pumpkin Pecan Pie and bask in all the compliments and applause.


4 slightly beaten eggs
2 cups cooked & mashed pumpkin
1 cup sugar
Half cup dark corn syrup
1 tsp vanilla
A pinch of salt
1 cup chopped pecans
3 tsp butter

Preheat your oven to 400°.

Combine mashed pumpkin, sugar(1/2 cup), eggs (2) in a bowl and stir well. Spread it over the bottom of the pie shell.

Combine dark corn syrup, sugar(1/2 cup), eggs(2), butter and vanilla extract,sprinkle a pinch of salt before you stir in the chopped pecans. Pour over pumpkin layer and spoon it evenly.

BAKE for 40 minutes or until set. Slice and serve the pie once its cooled.
